We offer a full range Hot Tub Services to help maintain your spa - from cleaning, water treatment, maintenance and repairs to supplying chemicals.
Hot tub repair
-£50 for the first hour, £40/hr thereafter.
Parts charged separately.
We do not offer a leak-finding service.
We repair most hot tubs except HydroPool and Lay Z Spa.
Please note: Hot tub needs to be fully accessible for repair work, please advise of any access issues when booking a visit.
Water Maintenance - Test and Treat Advice Service

If you are unsure how to maintain your spa water, we offer a service on how to test, treat and maintain your spa water. We provide advice on which chemicals to use, quantities and how to administer. We explain why and when to use the chemicals. Price includes chemicals.
If you think your hot tub water is clean and sanitary because the water looks clear, think again! Our "Intensive Clean" includes a specialist cleaner, which is added to flush the pipework of biofilm. Biofilm contains bacteria, dirt, and often viruses, mould and parasites. Biofilm is initially evident as a slippery film and can form into a thick sludge layer.
Biofilms are relatively resistant to chlorine, bromine or other sanitisers. Build-up of biofilm inside the plumbing pipes not only provides a breeding-ground for bacteria but can be potentially dangerous to your health.

Hot tubs that have been dormant or empty for a long period, will incur two visits.
The first visit to remove leaves, snails, debris etc, remove water, a basic clean to protect pumps and heater and refill.
The second visit to include an Intensive clean (as detailed above)Any replacement or repair parts and labour are charged separately, as advised and agreed with customer.
